Who is Frank Azar?
After 25+ years of dedicated service, Azar’s firm has become a landmark law practice in the greater Denver area. Famous for his signature TV advertisements and superior services, Azar has accumulated a loyal following of Colorado residents who seek out the finest legal representation in the area.
Frank didn’t grow up with a legal textbook in his hand, but he did learn early the value of hard work and dedication by working on his grandfather’s ranch, the “Saliba Ranch” near Walsenburg, Colorado. In those early days, Frank watered and branded cattle, mended fences, and most importantly, learned the importance of hard work as a precursor to success.
Not only was Azar good on his grandfather’s ranch, but he was also a standout in the classroom. Azar earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado in 1979, graduating Cum Laude and earning a membership into the honor society of Phi Beta Kappa. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1982 and was admitted to practice in Colorado, Texas, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
The Legal System
For that reason, Azar took to the airwaves and began crafting his signature television advertisements, which can still be seen on all the major networks. Those advertisements earned Azar the popularity he needed to make a splash in the Colorado scene. Since those early days, Azar has practiced for over 30+ years and negotiated thousands of settlements in the process. He’s won countless verdicts for the benefit of his clients, and fought for the rights of hourly workers at Wal-Mart and Pharmacists in class action cases. Azar has fought a number of legal battles against big drug companies and he currently is fighting for the victims of defective hip implants and those injured during mechanical surgeries from the Da Vinci Robot.
To this day, Frank Azar is a member of the Colorado Bar Association as well as the Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, and American Trial Lawyers Associations. Outside of his successful career as a plaintiff’s attorney, Frank enjoys watching old movies and playing golf, both locally and abroad. As part of that fondness for golf, he sponsors the Azar Invitational, an annual tournament which draws participants from all over the country and raises scholarship money for students at Trinidad State Junior College to attend a university of their choice.
